SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

At Taarika Threads, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sarees. Each piece undergoes a strict quality check before it is packaged and shipped to you.

Because our products are curated with utmost care, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is received in a damaged condition.

⚠️ Mandatory Product Opening Video Policy

To protect both parties and validate any damage claims, a complete, unedited product unboxing video is strictly mandatory.

If you receive a damaged product, please email us at Contact_Us@taarikathread.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9187198746 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the unboxing video.

What qualifies as a valid unboxing video? The video must start before the outer postal packaging is opened.The shipping label with the tracking number must be clearly visible in the video.The video must be one continuous, unedited clip (no cuts, no pauses, and no transitions).The video must clearly show the damage or defect on the saree. Failure to provide a valid unboxing video meeting these criteria will unfortunately mean we cannot process a return or refund.

What Qualifies for a Return?

  • Approved Damages: Major weaving defects, tears, or significant stains that render the saree unwearable.
  • Incorrect Item: If we accidentally shipped a completely different saree from the one you ordered.

What Does NOT Qualify for a Return?

  • Color Variations: Saree colors may vary slightly (10-15%) due to digital photography, screen brightness settings, or studio lighting. Returns will not be accepted for slight shade differences.
  • Thread Pulls/Minor Irregularities: Handloom and semi-handloom sarees naturally have slight irregularities, minor thread pulls, or tiny knots. These are characteristics of authentic weaving, not damages.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you simply dislike the color, material, or design after receiving it.
  • Altered Items: Any saree that has had the fall/edging attached, or blouse piece cut/stitched, cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Return & Refund Process

  1. Once your video is reviewed and the damage is approved by our team, we will initiate a reverse pickup (if available in your area) or ask you to ship it back to us.
  2. The saree must be returned in its original folding, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  3. Upon receiving the item and verifying the damage, we will either send you a fresh replacement of the same design (subject to availability) or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
